Job summary

KANDENKO CO LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Engineer (Electrical) to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit. You will produce shop drawings, coordinate with disciplines, and update models to reflect site changes.

You should have 3+ years of BIM experience in the construction sector, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and proficiency in Revit/Navisworks, with good reading of drawings and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience for electrical works.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for coordination.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting and ELV systems.
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines to resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Ensure all models comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Assist engineers and project teams in design development and technical submissions.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination meetings.
• Update BIM models based on site changes and design revisions.
• Support project delivery by ensuring timely submission of drawings and models.
