Qualifications

• Certificate/training in Healthcare support & ITE Home Care program.
• Preferably possess experience in household management and/or eldercare.
• Able to perform 2 or 3 rotating shifts hours and work on weekends/public holidays.
• Able to work well in team environment.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship by actively listening to the residents’ wishes and concerns.
• Facilitate and support all aspects of the residents’ daily lives.
• Provide basic care and services to residents in daily living activities.
• Monitor health status and vital signs.
• Perform tube feeding and basic wound care.
• Assist to serve pre-packed medication.
• Perform individualized therapy intervention.
