Job summary

A leading chemical manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an EHS & Security Manager to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards. Responsibilities include leading incident investigations, managing audits, and conducting EHS training for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or EHS, relevant certifications, and at least 3 years of experience in a chemical plant environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with sound knowledge of regulations.
  • Registered Fire Safety Manager with experience in fire protection systems.
  • Sound knowledge of ISO management system standards.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements relating to EHS operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with EHS & Security legislations and corporate requirements.
  • Act as WSH committee secretary and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Lead incident investigations and drive continual improvement.
  • Manage documentation and participate in EHS audits.
  • Provide support for plant activities and conduct training.
