Job description

The Company

We are looking for a strategic finance leader ready to drive strategic growth in a major SGX-listed company with regional project presence in the engineering and construction sectors. As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the finance team and oversee financial strategy, governance, and performance across the fast-evolving business.

About the Role

Reporting to MD and board of directors, you will play a crucial part in shaping financial operations, supporting business expansion, and strengthening our presence across the Asia markets including China. This position will lead the financial strategy, long-term planning, and capital allocation to support business growth and operational excellence. Also, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SGX listing rules and statutory reporting requirements. Oversee accurate and timely quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statement preparation. On top of which, you will support capital market activities, including fundraising, M&A, and strategic investments.

Your Profile

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting/Finance
• ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are desired
• Minimum 16-18 years of work experience with comprehensive finance exposure
• SGX reporting experience is a must
• Industry preference: Infrastructure/Engineering/Construction
• Prior Big 4 exposure is a strong advantage
• Proficient in professional Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with China counterparts
