Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced EHS professional for Seletar operations in Singapore. The role focuses on creating and implementing EHS compliance methods for Brownfield sustenance and introducing best practices into Greenfield buildouts.

You will work under RTX/Collins EHS qualifications and align with Central EHS endorsements. Typical qualifications include a university degree with 8+ years' experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• STEM/engineering background commonly applicable for EHS roles.
• Experience in safety auditing and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations and global standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create EHS compliance methods for brownfield sustenance and induce best practices into greenfield setups.
• Maintain RTX/Collins EHS qualifications and standards.
• Coordinate with Central EHS for endorsement and alignment.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory requirements are met across Seletar operations.

• Certification in Industrial Hygiene monitoring
• Certification in Process Safety/Hazop
• Versed in local regulations and US OSHA

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
