Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI development, with exposure to building real‑world applications or prototypes.
• Curiosity that outpaces your current skill level; you are driven to experiment and explore.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar; able to iterate on AI-generated code and make it work in real‑world scenarios.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools beyond ChatGPT; you have explored broader AI, automation, and agentic tools.
• Strong communication skills; you can break down messy problems clearly and know when to ask the right questions.
• Bias toward action; you would rather ship something imperfect and improve it than wait for perfect conditions.

Responsibilities

• Take a client problem from brief to working prototype, using AI to handle design, code, research, and documentation.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks to find the fastest path from idea to deployed solution.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI‑enabled products, not slide decks.
• Participate in fast‑paced design sprints and agile cycles where the output is always something tangible.
