Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in power generation, utilities, or EfW operations.
• Strong knowledge of incineration and steam cycle operations.
• Familiarity with NEA licensing and emissions monitoring.
• Proficient in strategic planning and operational problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of the Energy from Waste (EfW) plant in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Ensure compliance with NEA, MOM, SCDF, and PUB regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders: steam customers, utilities providers, regulators.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
