Job summary

JAO Enterprise Pte. Ltd. is seeking a delivery driver to perform daily parcel pickups and deliveries to customers and business locations in Singapore. You will plan routes, verify orders, and ensure safe handling of goods while coordinating with warehouse and service teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong customer service and time management, good communication, and a valid driving license. You will follow safety rules and company procedures as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Custome Service, Time Management and Attentive traits are required.
• Ability to handle physical workload and basic warehouse tasks is needed.
• Good communication and driving license are advantages for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery and pickup of parcels, goods, and shipments to customers and business locations.
• Plan and follow delivery routes for timely and efficient completion.
• Check parcels, orders, and shipment details before/after delivery.
• Ensure goods are handled and delivered safely in good condition.
• Obtain proof of delivery and update status in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service to fix discrepancies.
• Report failed deliveries and damaged items promptly to Ops team.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and maintain the assigned vehicle.
• Comply with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety requirements.
