Job summary

SDP PACKAGING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a delivery driver responsible for transporting steel drums to customer sites. The role requires safe driving, on-time deliveries, and strict adherence to workplace safety.

You will load/unload heavy drums (avg 18 kg), perform basic vehicle checks, report any incidents, and keep the vehicle clean. PPE is provided and wearing it is mandatory at all times.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to customer destinations for steel drum deliveries.
• Drive safely and deliver steel drums within deadlines.
• Report accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately.
• Load and unload steel drums from trucks, trailers and warehouse with the average weight of 18kg each.
• Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure.
• Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances.
• Follow traffic laws rules and regulations.
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required ALL TIME while performing deliveries to customer site which will be provided by the company.
• Keep the vehicle clean at all time.
