This role is responsible for defining and executing APAC strategic plans to drive market-leading double-digit growth. This encompasses leadership of cross-functional / cross-BU complex strategic project initiatives (including any Enterprise Priorities) that have significant impact on Stryker APAC growth aspirations. This role will need to establish APAC PMO capability to foster a culture of excellence in project delivery across the organization.
