About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and thoughtful Senior UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive and delightful user experiences across B2B and B2C digital platforms in the healthcare, wellness, and insurance space. You’ll work end-to-end from research to delivery, helping us transform complex challenges into seamless and engaging digital journeys.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights, define personas, and map out user journeys and service blueprints.
  • Design clear, accessible, and responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms using tools like Figma, FigJam, and Miro.
  • Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive UIs, using gamification mechanics where relevant to boost user engagement in health applications.
  • Champion Design Thinking and advocate for best practices in UI/UX across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers—in agile sprints to iterate and ship high-quality experiences.
  • Contribute to and evolve Amplify’s design system to drive consistency and innovation across our suite of products.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, balancing independent execution with collaborative alignment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products across B2B and B2C contexts, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and UI craft.
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Miro.
  • Confidence in conducting user testing and synthesizing findings into actionable design strategies.
  • Experience designing for healthcare, insurance, wellness, or finance industries is a strong advantage. Power BI knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to balance creativity and pragmatism.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • High standards of ethics, curiosity, empathy, and ownership.
