I'm partnering with a reputable private education institution to hire a EduTrust Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting EduTrust and Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) compliance, coordinating internal and external audits, and ensuring the institution meets all regulatory standards set by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
Key Responsibilities
1. EduTrust & ERF Compliance
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and procedures required under the EduTrust and ERF frameworks.
- Ensure compliance across academic, administrative, operational, and student service functions.
- Monitor regulatory updates from SSG and advise relevant departments on required changes.
2. Audit Preparation & Coordination
- Coordinate full-cycle EduTrust and ERF audits, including documentation preparation, evidence gathering, and audit logistics.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess readiness and identify gaps.
- Work with departments to implement corrective actions and follow-up measures.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready records of all compliance-related activities.
- Prepare submissions such as SSG Annual Returns, quality assurance reports, incident logs, and compliance summaries.
- Oversee version control and continuous update of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Quality Assurance
- Perform routine checks on lecturer files, academic documentation, marketing materials, and student communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review internal workflows and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance efficiency.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with academic, operations, student services, marketing, and senior management teams to ensure consistent compliance practices.
- Review and vet marketing collateral for alignment with the SSG Advertising Code.
6. Feedback & Complaints Management
- Handle documentation, investigation, and reporting of student and stakeholder feedback or complaints in accordance with EduTrust requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all escalated cases.
7. Training & Compliance Culture Building
- Support the delivery of compliance-related training for staff, including updates to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the institution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Experienced in EduTrust, ERF, SSG compliance, or quality assurance within a private education institution is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to handle documentation and communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
