Champion Coaching & Consulting is a leading Singapore-based educational and psychological practice specializing in executive functioning, study skills, and holistic student development. For over a decade, our multidisciplinary team has supported neurodiverse and neurotypical learners and their families through personalized interventions that address cognitive, behavioral, and environmental factors. We are now seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team to provide comprehensive educational psychological assessments, consultations, and intervention planning for children, adolescents, and young adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full educational psychological and diagnostic assessments (including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral components) using standardized tools and evidence-based approaches.
  • Prepare comprehensive, high-quality written reports and provide feedback to parents, educators, and relevant professionals.
  • Collaborate with our coaching, counseling, and academic specialists to design individualized support and learning plans.
  • Offer consultations and case conferences with schools, allied health professionals, and families.
  • Provide occasional professional development sessions or parent workshops on learning differences, neurodiversity, and educational well-being.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, uphold ethical practice standards, and ensure compliance with professional regulations and data protection laws.
Qualifications & Credentials
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology, School Psychology, or Applied Psychology (recognized by a relevant professional body).
  • Registered and/or eligible for registration with one or more of the following (or equivalent):
    • Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) — Full Membership
    • British Psychological Society (BPS) — Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol)
    • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), UK — Practitioner Psychologist
    • American Psychological Association (APA) — Licensed Psychologist
    • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) — Psychologist (Educational & Developmental)
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least part of that time spent working directly with students in school or educational settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in administering, scoring, and interpreting major standardized assessments (e.g., WISC-V, WIAT-4, BASC-3, Conners, NEPSY-II, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental profiles including ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and executive functioning challenges.
  • Exceptional written communication and report-writing skills.
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and adaptable professional demeanor aligned with Champion’s values of Kind, Clever, Capable.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience mentoring junior practitioners or contributing to team-based case discussions.
  • Familiarity with the IB, IGCSE, and U.S. school systems and their learning support frameworks.
  • Interest in research, data-driven practice, or program development within educational psychology.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning and holistic, student-centered care.
