Job summary

Bright Culture is seeking a fresh graduate to join our team as a content creator in Singapore. You will develop ideas, shoot and edit short-form videos, and turn academic concepts into engaging content for students and parents.

You'll collaborate with teachers and the marketing team to craft educational content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and our website. A portfolio of past work and a passion for education are essential.

Qualifications

Creative and able to develop engaging educational content.
Experience with social media content creation is preferred.
Portfolio showing past video/content work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop creative content ideas for students and parents
Shoot and edit TikToks, Reels, short-form videos and other social content
Write hooks, scripts, captions and engaging educational content
Turn complex academic concepts into simple, relatable content
Create content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and our website
Identify social media trends and adapt them creatively for education
Work with teachers and the academic team to develop educational content
Monitor and analyse content performance
Identify what works, what doesn't and what we should try next
Engage with students and parents and turn their questions into content ideas
Explore AI and emerging digital tools to improve content creation
Support digital marketing campaigns and Bright Culture's overall brand development
