Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of up to 15 individuals, ensuring the consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely updates of team schedules, leave applications, and daily operational task updates.
• Uphold and enforce the highest standards of work discipline and reliability across the team, including punctuality and adherence to company policies.
• Effectively manage and resolve unforeseen circumstances, such as last-minute medical leaves or other operational disruptions during event deployments.
• Enforce strict discipline among staff during roadshows, focusing on customer service quality, appropriate sales pitch language, accountability for presence, and addressing unauthorized absences
• Continuously enhance existing systems and processes to optimize team efficiency and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and implement innovative and creative strategies for team management, fostering a dynamic and high-performing environment.
