Job description

**Please note that while the official working hours are from Monday- Friday , you will be required to attend to calls/emails from customers after office hours/weekends/PH.**

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Present products/services clearly and persuasively to drive sales conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with targets and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Candidates with experience will be considered for Senior position
• Able to commit weekends if required
