Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a new team member to oversee the school booking system for museum programs in Singapore. You'll manage large student groups, coordinate logistics, and prepare educational resources. Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Work Type: 1 year contract (Starts Jan 2026)

Salary: Up to $2,800 per month

What you will be working on?
  1. Oversee and monitor the school booking system for museum signature programme, museum-based Learning at the museum and keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc.
  2. Welcome school groups to the museums and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum.
  3. Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes.
  2. Assist in the coordination and the running of the workshops or programmes – both onsite and online.
  3. Work with the managers in research and content development.
  4. Handle the dissemination and distribution of marketing materials like school brochures, newsletter, resource kits etc.
  5. Assist in maintaining exhibition interpretive spaces.
  6. Collate the relevant statistics/KPIs for the unit.
  7. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the incumbent’s supervisor.
What are we looking for?
  • Singaporean only
  • A minimum diploma in Arts management, education, art, history or other relevant discipline.
  • Able to manage large student groups up to 120pax per session.
  • Able to give mass briefing in a clear and firm manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
