Job Responsibilities
  1. CPE Process Management: Ensure full compliance with CPE regulatory requirements. Stay updated with changes in CPE regulations and implement necessary changes in operational processes. Liaise with CPE and other regulatory bodies as required.
  2. Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of educational professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
  3. Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the academic programs. Ensure the effective implementation of academic policies and procedures. Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of academic activities.
  4. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovations. Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with institutional objectives.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure student satisfaction and academic quality. Address and resolve any issues related to academic operations. Represent the institution in various forums and meetings as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational operations, with a strong understanding of the CPE process in Singapore.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading teams.
