You’ll own features end to end from UI to database, bring judgment to determine what to build next, and ship with verifiable quality in a lean team.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and ability to learn new languages or frameworks.
• Familiar with version control (Git) and APIs; AWS production experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years of software development experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python or similar).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), APIs, and basic cloud concepts; AWS experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, continuous improvement, and able to collaborate within a lean engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features from the UI through to the database across the stack.
• Maintain and improve the learning platform, CRM, and public sites; connect automations between systems.
• Make informed decisions on which problems to solve next and own the implementation and testing.
• Document runbooks and ensure issues can be reproduced and resolved efficiently.
