Responsibilities

Economic/ Accounting Teacher (Singapore)

• Provide high-quality small group tutoring for A-Level, IB and IGCSE students. Facilitate interactive classes and provide ongoing mentorship to support student success.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured and clearly presented lessons that are appropriate to the abilities of all students and consistent with the syllabus requirements.
• A clear and confident communicator who is organized, proactive, and brings high energy to every task.
• Possess a deep understanding of the curriculum, examination requirements, and grading criteria to deliver high-quality instruction and support student achievement.
• Assign homework in accordance with school policy, ensuring it is appropriate to each student’s ability while balancing their overall workload.
• Consistently evaluate students’ progress and offer prompt, constructive feedback to foster growth and develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Have a recognised degree, minimum Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Economics or a related field.

Have at least 3 years of relevant classroom teaching experience in IB, A-Level, or IGCSE Economics.

Have experience teaching international students is highly preferred.

Strong passion for education, with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism.
