Job summary

An established multinational corporation in Singapore is seeking an Ecommerce Packer to handle packing for deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and a strong team player. This position offers a salary of up to SGD 2,600 plus AWS with a 5.5-day work week schedule.

Qualifications

  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Pack stock for deliveries and courier shipments.
  • Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to verify orders and payments.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document printing.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Receive and issue stock with accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports.
  • Manage inventory control, including stock movement in and out.
  • Oversee e-commerce system by creating and updating order statuses.
  • Lift, carry, load, and unload goods as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
