Qualifications

• Familiar with OMS/WMS systems; experience in SFCC/SFDC is a plus.

• Monitor order flows across different systems.
• Coordinate with last-mile partners to resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Support Return Portal operations.
