Ecommerce Executive: Marketplace and Shopify
As an Ecommerce Executive at Arista Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and presence in the digital marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and drive traffic to platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and Shopify.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of ecommerce websites, ensuring they are up‑to‑date, user‑friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Create and manage product listings, enhancing the online shopping experience with visually appealing banners using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across eDMs, social media, and search engines.
- Monitor KPIs and website analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Continuously improve the online customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in ecommerce management.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Working Hours
9 am – 6 pm, work‑in‑office arrangements are preferred.
Team
The successful candidate will work in a team of 2–3 people.
