Ecommerce Executive: Marketplace and Shopify

As an Ecommerce Executive at Arista Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and presence in the digital marketplace.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and drive traffic to platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and Shopify.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of ecommerce websites, ensuring they are up‑to‑date, user‑friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Create and manage product listings, enhancing the online shopping experience with visually appealing banners using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across eDMs, social media, and search engines.
  • Monitor KPIs and website analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Continuously improve the online customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Working Hours
