We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and strategic eCommerce & Digital Marketing Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in executing our digital and eCommerce vision, while leading key online product launches and performance marketing efforts.

This dynamic role requires a strong passion for eCommerce and marketing, with a deep understanding of digital consumer behavior and online shopping trends. You will be responsible for developing strategies and initiatives that drive sustained growth in online sales and enhance brand presence across digital platforms. A solid grasp of brand storytelling, content creation, and eCommerce operations is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the brand’s eCommerce strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in APAC, across brand.com and major marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada).

Lead day-to-day operations of the eStore and marketplace platforms, including storefront updates, product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Monitor and maintain accurate eCommerce content (products, pricing, promotions) across all platforms.

Plan and execute tactical promotions, mechanics, and campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales growth.

Liaise with external vendors and developers to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize site performance, and evolve backend operations.

Analyze and review product and campaign performance to improve ROI and inform future strategies.

Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Plan, conceptualize, and storyboard short‑form video content, aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.

Host and manage livestreaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, engaging directly with the audience during product launches and online sales (when necessary).

Craft engaging and on‑brand content across all channels, including paid media, social media, blog articles (SEO‑optimized), and EDMs.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to maximize visibility and conversions.

Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, Trade Marketing, Creative) to execute product launches and brand campaigns effectively.

Influencer & Creator Management

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs, creators, and brand ambassadors.

Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer‑led marketing initiatives and co‑branded campaigns.

Build and nurture long‑term relationships with content creators, including support for live activations and events.

Analytics, Reporting & Trendspotting

Produce monthly reports to evaluate brand and competitor performance, offering actionable insights and identifying new growth opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital innovations, platform updates, and consumer behaviour to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle industry.

Proven track record in managing eStore platforms (Shopify is a plus) and online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.

Strong grasp of digital and social media platforms, including experience with livestreaming and paid media tools.

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a flair for crafting persuasive marketing content.

Familiar with tools like Google Analytics; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or image‑editing tools (e.g., Photopea) is a plus.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused with strong project management skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced team environment.

Confident and charismatic communicator, comfortable being on camera and engaging live audiences.
