Job description
1. Ecommerce Campaign Management
  • Charge with Marketplace campaign signups and ensure all relevant details are accurately recorded and implemented.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reports with actionable insights.
2. Digital Marketing Management: TikTok & Meta Ad
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific ad creatives that align with brand goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Research and define target audiences based on campaign objectives. Utilize advanced targeting options, such as lookalike audiences and interest-based targeting.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Support in TikTok Livestreaming.
3. Website Management
  • Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, and visuals on e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for user experience and functionality, including seamless checkout processes, product allocations and collection pages and etc.
4. Content Coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all online platforms.
  • Support the creation and upload of promotional banners, product highlights, and seasonal content.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure ad creatives resonate with the target audience.
  • Identify trending topics and formats to incorporate into campaigns.
5. Market Research and Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and customer preferences to recommend strategies.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
6. Customer Engagement
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure positive interactions via e-commerce platforms.
7. Reporting and Analytics
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives.
8. Adhoc Tasks from Management Team
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing with a focus on TikTok and Meta advertising.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Marketplace Management Experience is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Canva and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Creativity in crafting short-form content and ad copy that engages and converts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Trends: Deep understanding of TikTok and Meta platform trends and algorithms.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in influencer collaboration, UGC integration, or other creative marketing tactics.
