e are looking for a proactive and growth-driven Ecommerce Associate to support the expansion of our omnichannel retail brand.
This role is perfect for someone who loves digital marketing, enjoys creative content production, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where taking initiative is valued.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Operations team to improve online product listings, create compelling content, analyse performance data, and support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns across our ecommerce platforms.
1. Ecommerce Operations & Listings
- Create, update, and optimise product listings across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms.
- Write clear, compelling product descriptions.
- Manage pricing changes, stock availability, and promotional updates.
- Upload images, optimize title/SEO, and maintain a cohesive brand presence across all listings.
2. Basic Graphic Design
- Create attractive product listing images, infographics, banners, and marketing visuals.
- Support email marketing with simple layout designs and product highlights.
- Work with brand assets to ensure visuals follow guidelines.
3. Content Creation
- Produce short-form videos for TikTok, IG Reels, and online ads.
- Film simple product demos, packaging videos, “how to choose” guides, and lifestyle content.
- Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools.
- Capture basic product photography when needed.
4. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in running promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Support the execution of paid ads and email/SMS marketing (bonus if experienced).
- Coordinate with agencies or freelancers when needed.
5. Sales & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyse ecommerce performance metrics:
ROAS
CAC
LTV
AOV
Retention
SKU-level sales performance - Provide clear weekly reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
- Proactively recommend optimisations based on data.
6. Initiative & Problem Solving
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions before being asked.
- Work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Maintain a growth mindset and continuously learn new digital skills.

📚 Skills & Experience Required
Must-Have
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong communication and writing ability
- Ability to film and edit short-form videos

- Interest in ecommerce and digital marketing
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience running or supporting Facebook/Google ads
- Email/SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo preferred)
- Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, or marketplace operations
- Understanding of funnel metrics and marketing performance tracking
- Experience creating UGC-style content
