Job description

Position: HR Assistant Manager (HR Full Spectrum/ Payroll) - Central

Location: Suntec City Tower 3 (Walking distance from MRTs)

Working hours: 5 days work week; Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Largest Indoor Edutainment Centre

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing, time attendance, work pass management, leave records, and employee benefits
  • Employee development, training, and statutory compliance
  • Recruitment, performance appraisal, and offboarding processes
  • HR strategy development, policy maintenance, and compliance with labor laws
  • Employee relations, investigations, and guidance for senior management
  • Administrative tasks, such as agreement maintenance, travel bookings, and expense claims
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates for business communications
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
