Job summary

A leading IT solutions firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide Day 2 L1 support on network and Wi-Fi issues. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting router and switch configurations, and managing customer interactions across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Providing DAY 2 L1 support on network and WIFI.
  • Monitor and solve potential Wi-Fi network performance issues.
  • Manage and resolve system and network service alerts.
  • Manage basic infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems.
  • Support customers via email, telephone and face to face interactions.
  • Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely, meeting performance SLA.
  • Document the resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Manage and observe system, network, application and service alerts.
  • Support and operation tier 1 and tier 2 escalation.
  • Create monthly reports and provide updates to customers.

  • Providing DAY 2 L1 support on network and WIFI

  • Monitor, evaluate and solve potential Wi-Fi network performance issues.

  • Able to perform troubleshooting and configuration on WiFi and Network issues, including routers and switches

  • Manage basic infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems.

  • Support customers via email, telephone and face to face interactions and meeting.

  • Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely, and meet performance SLA.

  • Document the resolution of incidents and problems.

  • Manage and observe system, network, application and service alerts

  • Support and operation tier 1 and tier 2 escalation

  • Create monthly reports and provide updates to customer once completed
