Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing an operational functional team, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statements.
• Ability to supervise 5 to 10 headcounts and manage various relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of key SLA’s with customers.
• Review monthly operational performance and provide solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers for retention and business growth.
• Manage planning to ensure daily operations meet customer SLA.
