Key Responsibilities
  1. Routine Caregiving: Provide responsive care through daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene, ensuring each child\'s comfort and well-being.
  2. Safe & Stimulating Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom that supports infants’ and toddlers’ physical, emotional, and sensory development.
  3. Developmentally Appropriate Learning: Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and play-based experiences that support language, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
  4. Language Development: Inspire a love for English through meaningful and interactive language experiences.
  5. Learning Documentation: Capture and reflect on children’s learning journeys through newsletters, class panels, and portfolios.
  6. Family Partnership: Build positive relationships with families to support each child\'s growth and well-being.
