Job summary

A preschool center in Singapore is looking for a dedicated educator to design and execute lesson plans, foster positive behaviours, and build parent-teacher partnerships. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include providing a safe environment and communicating with parents regarding child progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant, with LON.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials.
• Foster positive behaviours in the preschool centre.
• Evaluate lesson plans and amend accordingly to the needs of the children.
• Conduct observation and update parents on child's progression.
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children.
• Adhere to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidelines.
• Build strong parent-teacher partnership with two-ways communication and involvement.
