Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore is looking for a team member to support the Early Talent Team in managing the Cybersecurity Development Programme (CSDP) and university outreach. Responsibilities include developing talent sourcing strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring positive candidate experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Human Resource, Business, or Marketing and are encouraged to apply, even if they are fresh graduates. Strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the ideation and execution of early talent sourcing strategies.
• Support the recruitment process and build relationships with candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Engage with CSDP hires after onboarding through regular check-ins.
• Track and report on candidates.
