Key Responsibilities
  • Before class → Review lesson content, prepare materials, and get ready for teaching (all lesson materials and curriculum are provided). Plan and prepare for activities such as conducting assessments, holiday programmes, open house events, etc.
  • During class → Deliver lessons in a lively, interactive, and child-friendly way, sparking curiosity and building confidence.
  • After class → Provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
  • Ongoing → Communicate with parents, build rapport with students, and bring warmth and positive energy to the classroom.
Requirements
  • A genuine love for working with children, with the patience and positivity to nurture their growth.
  • High energy levels and a warm, approachable personality.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Minimum qualification: Degree or Diploma (Preferably in Language, Linguistics, or Education.)
    • Experienced tutors with a Diploma in any field are also welcome to apply.
  • Prior teaching experience (tuition, enrichment, or classroom settings) is an advantage.
  • Commitment for at least one full academic year (4 terms).
Work Arrangements & Pay

Full-time Teacher

  • Working Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week.
    • Wednesday to Friday: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM (2:30–3:30 PM admin & prep).
    • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (compulsory to work both days at the weekend).
  • Class Load: About 3 classes each weekday, and 5 classes each day at the weekend. (Maximum 10 students per class)

Part-time / Freelance Teacher

  • Schedule: Flexible assignments based on centre needs and your availability.
