A leading education institution in Singapore is looking for an Admissions Manager to lead Early Years admissions and support families through the enrolment process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in admissions or the education sector. Qualifications

  • Experience in admissions, customer service, or education sector.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development preferred.
  • Proficient with admissions/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information on programs, curriculum, and school life.
  • Arrange and conduct student assessments/interviews.
  • Host school tours, open houses, and information sessions.
  • Maintain updated admissions records and reports.
  • Guide parents throughout the admissions decision process.
  • Work closely with academic, admin, and marketing teams.
  • Represent the school professionally at community and outreach events.

  • Admissions Manager (Early Years Education)
  • $4,000 – $5,000 + Allowances + Bonuses!!
  • Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am - 5.30pm & Sat: 9am - 1pm (WFH on Saturday)
  • Location: Bukit Timah
About the Role

Requirements

  • Mandarin-speaking ability to liaise with non-English speaking families
