Job Scope

• Responsible for implementing and execution of classroom and outdoor activities and ensuring a safe, conducive learning environment for the children
• Complete lesson evaluations/reflection
• Communicate with families on their child\'s progress and development
• Maintain proper children\'s record & prepare child\'s portfolio for Parent Teacher Conference (PTC)
• Maintain record keeping for centre\'s operation purpose - audit, licensing, tracking, monitoring.
• Active participation and sharing of ideas, suggestions, learning, concerns and challenges during meetings
• Provide coverage duties for staff on leave and other adhoc duties.
• Plan and carry out events, excursions, workshops, collaborations with community, etc.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Early Childhood or its equivalent
• Relevant experiences
