The Music Circle has been building a learning community since 2015, and as we continue to grow our programmes, we’re looking for the best musical minds (and hearts) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach classes for young children from 2 to 8 years old.
  • Design and develop curriculum for young children.
  • Organise activities for students and their families, including performances and learning journeys.
  • Contribute to the school’s development through team meetings and events.
  • Have a love for working with young children and have a heart for their all-round growth and development.
  • Experience and certified training in Early Childhood education preferred.
  • Have a demonstrated proficiency in music.
  • Be committed to personal growth and musical training, undergoing the Teacher’s Academy Training Programme.

All candidates will be provided a structured training programme in the Teacher’s Academy Training Programme, customised to one’s level of teaching experience, before being assigned teaching responsibilities. The programme includes:

  • Mentorship by senior teachers
  • Instrumental skills for the music classroom
  • Pedagogy-related workshops
  • Lesson observations
  • Assistant teaching opportunities
