Roles & Responsibilities

early childhood educator with EY2 or DPT

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities

Observe and assess children’s development, behavior and learning, documenting progress

Provide a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children’s curiosity and learning

Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress and needs

Ensure that the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe

Collaborate with colleagues in team planning and professional development

Organize learning material and resources

Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information

Assess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis

Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing

Cooperate with administration staff

Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
