Job description

Are you a passionate healthcare professional ready to take your clinical experience to the next level? We're looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist to lead the way in representing our innovative surgical devices portfolio—someone with strong clinical expertise and a talent for building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.

This is your opportunity to step into a dynamic, purpose-driven role where your work directly contributes to better patient outcomes. If you’ve worked in an operating theatre or have hands-on experience with medical devices, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary representative for our surgical devices portfolio, working closely with the Sales Manager to build strong customer relationships and drive market growth.

  • Deliver outstanding customer support by managing technical inquiries, resolving quality issues, and providing timely product updates.

  • Conduct in-service sessions, product demonstrations, and hands-on training with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and manufacturers to communicate feedback and address any product or supply issues.

  • Assist in marketing initiatives and stay updated on emerging product innovations and industry trends.

  • Educate both internal teams and external stakeholders on clinical applications and product use.

  • Support inventory control and manage stock consignment with customers.

Who You Are
  • Hold a Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in an operating theatre environment or 2+ years in a similar clinical support role within the medical device industry.

  • A quick learner with a proactive, independent work style.

  • Resilient under pressure, especially in high-stakes clinical environments.

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proud of delivering high standards in your work.

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging personality.

What You’ll Gain
  • The chance to work with cutting-edge surgical technology in a role that values your clinical expertise.

  • A career that blends hands-on healthcare experience with commercial growth and development.

  • A supportive and collaborative team environment.

  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
