Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office and various departments.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
Fluency in English and Korean language (both written and spoken).
Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in a Korean MNC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
