Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial and qualitative data for existing and potential borrowers, preparing reports and materials as required.
• Monitor assigned industries and countries, reporting on market trends, risks, and customer changes in a timely manner.
• Assistin liaising with arranger banks, syndication teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and deal execution.
• Support sourcing new business opportunities
• Ensure proper documentation of facility agreements, conduct customer due diligence, and monitor compliance with financial covenants and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Senior Management or the Head of Department.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
