Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Ensure that Superintendent Rooms are equipped with all necessities prior to check-in.
  • Conduct routine checks on building facilities and liaise with maintenance departments for repairs.
  • Liaise with Sky Café on weekly menus and reservations.
  • Verify charges from Sky Café.
  • Liaise with cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of Customer Office (CO1).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Provide reception support for Customer Offices (CO1 & CO2) when required.
  • Assist with bookings and management of meeting rooms in CO1 as needed.
  • Assist in issuance, reactivation, and cancellation of EPI cards for customers.
  • Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions via SAP.
  • Assist in the management of keys for furniture and doors in CO1.
  • Manage a pool of bicycles for customers, liaise with Security and Co-op for plates and plate mounting services, and arrange servicing when necessary.
  • Support Customer Office 2 (CO2) operations when required.
  • Monitor cleanliness, usage, and pantry inventory; raise requisitions when necessary.
  • Provide assistance during events as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer relations experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle and manage customer complaints, and to coordinate and organize events and functions.
  • Able to develop good working contacts and relationships with customers.
  • Training will be provided.
