Supply Chain Operations Associate (Immediate/ Office hours, MNC, Training Provided)

Responsibilities

1. Manage forecast
2. Update forecast on a monthly basis based on Sell-In and Sell-Out History, Marketing and Sales Departments.
3. Launch and communicate Promotions Plans with customers or other team members.
4. Manage inventory levels through MRP.
5. Coordinate supply activities, transmit orders to different suppliers, and ensure shipment of the orders.
6. Keep an update of orders.
7. Coordinate warehouse activities and control the relevance of the inventory with weekly reconciliations.
8. Maintain and improve organization and systems.
9. Maintain the accuracy of supply chain information in the IT system (Item database, inventory, pending orders).
10. Provide reports necessary for financial closing (purchases, inventory).
11. Negotiate transport/shipping costs.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from a manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge in SAP is a must.
4. Strong knowledge in MS Office.
5. Attention to detail, strong organizing skills, and a good team player.
