About the role

Exciting opportunity for a diligent and motivated Clinical Assistant to join the team at Alpha Chiropractic Health Pte Ltd. As a full-time Clinical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our vibrant healthcare practice located in Tanjong Pagar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a friendly and professional reception
  • Assisting with patient intake and registration processes
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean and hygienic wellness clinic
  • Performing administrative tasks and providing support to the clinical team
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth daily operation
  • Procurement - manage and purchase clinic supplies; perform clinic stock take

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with patients of all backgrounds
