Sales Enablement Manager - YJ

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Enablement Manager to support our frontline sales teams by streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing overall sales productivity.

This role plays a vital part in managing key sales processes and CRM system. You will also lead the optimization of tools and processes to ensure a seamless customer journey and stronger commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Ownership

  • Serve as the primary owner of the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy, usability, and effectiveness.

  • Conduct regular training for sales teams on CRM usage and ensure timely resolution of system-related queries.

Project Management

  • Lead implementation of sales tools and process improvement projects.

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure successful delivery, user adoption, and change management.

Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and refine scalable processes that improve sales team productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Identify recurring process issues and implement solutions to eliminate delays and simplify workflows.

Operations & Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to sales teams, including handling ad-hoc quotations, lead management, and customer onboarding activities

  • Enhance sales efficiency by identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize key processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to align on strategic goals and drive integrated sales process improvements.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment with global and regional initiatives.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all sales processes, tools, and data handling practices adhere to corporate compliance standards and policies.

Performance Tracking & Business Intelligence

  • Analyze key sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and support strategic planning.

  • Develop and distribute reports to support sales leaders in performance management.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales support professionals to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Min 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Sales Planning roles.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial workflows.

  • Proven track record in project management, including system rollouts and change initiatives

  • Experience in MS Dynamics CRM (As an administrator) is mandatory

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across departments and at all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

  • Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus.
