Sales Solution Engineer (Outdoor | Technical Sales | Petrochem/O&G/Pharma)
$4,000–$5,500 base + Commission + Bonus
$500 transport allowance + $0.60/km (capped) + Mobile claim

We’re seeking a Sales Solution Engineer to drive business growth and build long-term partnerships across the petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery, and pharmaceutical sectors. This is a hunter role — ideal for someone with strong technical sales experience who thrives in an outdoor, consultative environment.
Prospect, qualify, and engage new clients through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and referrals
Deliver tailored technical solutions that meet client needs
Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and post-sales support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle tenders
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Diploma or higher in Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in technical/engineering sales
Background in selling to refineries, petrochemical plants, or pharmaceutical industries preferred
Own vehicle required (outdoor sales role)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, solution-oriented, and organised
Competitive salary ($4,000–$5,500) – negotiable for strong candidates
Commission + Annual & Variable Bonus
$500 fixed transport allowance + $0.60/km (up to $400 cap)
Mobile claim up to $75/month
