Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Use knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, UI development tools, and programming languages to develop applications supporting our work.
2. Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics or reporting solutions.
3. Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables.
4. Understand line management, capacity modeling, Cycle Time modeling, and various manufacturing processes.
5. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
6. Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraints in line management or Cycle Time problems.
7. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present projects, approaches, and data in meetings with stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements:

3. Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently.
4. Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related fields.
5. Proficiency in basic programming skills, preferably Python and SQL.
6. Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning are a plus.
