Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 per month

Company Description

A well-established global trading and logistics companywith headquarters in South Korea is expanding its operations in Singapore. Thecompany operates across the full value chain from trading to logistics andoffers a dynamic environment for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Headquarters in Korea, suppliers in Korea and China, customers in Indonesia, and local warehouses.
  • Liaise with suppliers on order processing, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations in coordination with logistics teams.
  • Process purchase orders (POs), manage goods returns, and handle sales entries in the SAP system.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stock levels.
  • Ensure month-end stock records reconcile with warehouse reports.
  • Review monthly sales reports, including sales amounts and profit margins.
  • Monitor slow-moving inventory and aging accounts receivable (AR) to support effective debt management.
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification from any discipline.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to international trade regulations and policies.
  • Willing to work overtime during month-end closing periods when required.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
