The Opportunity:

Adecco is seeking an experienced E&I Engineer for a confidential client in Singapore. This role is integral to maintaining and optimizing production facilities and utilities equipment. The successful candidate will lead maintenance planning, corrective repairs, and condition monitoring programs for electrical equipment, instruments, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). The position requires a balanced expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control elements, with a focus on automation and system integration.

The Job:

• Lead corrective repairs and condition monitoring programs for electrical and automation systems
• Develop and implement a risk-based maintenance system for the plant
• Execute minor plant modifications and improvement works, including small CapEx projects
• Participate in risk analysis and safety stops, providing necessary documentation
• Act as a technical expert for Automation and Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or related discipline.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in E&IC maintenance and improvement project.
• Proven experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control elements
• Expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and system integration
• Ability to lead maintenance planning and corrective repair programs
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and risk-based maintenance
• Experience in executing engineering projects, including P&ID and technical specifications
