Job summary

E-CONTRACT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Warehouse Operations Assistant at our West Region facility in Singapore.

You will handle picking, packing, dispatching, inventory control, and maintain safe, organized storage areas. The role offers day and night shifts, with a 5-day workweek (4 weekdays plus one weekend). Salary includes a basic monthly wage of SGD 2,000 plus SGD 200 night allowance; benefits cover 7 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• No formal education required.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare products according to orders.
• Pack goods securely and label items for dispatch.
• Check products for damage or defects.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory updates.
• Organise goods in designated warehouse areas.
• Use scanners and follow warehouse safety procedures.
