Who We Are
Dr Ora is a beauty and health brand in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, is looking for an experienced -eommerce specialist to develop and manage e-commerce channels, and advance brand building. This role will drive innovation across e-commerce platforms and social commerce channels, including livestreaming formats such as Shopee nd TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, digital expertise, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop and implement digital commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
- Identify new opportunities across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and owned channels.
- Lead planning for seasonal campaigns, self developed campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
2. Livestreaming & Social Commerce
- Design and execute livestreaming campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with influencers, hosts, and internal teams to produce compelling live content.
- Analyze livestream performance and optimize future executions.
3. Platform Management
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics across platforms internally and vs the competition.
- Ensure seamless user experience and alignment with brand standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, logistics, and customer service integration.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, retention, and ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and platform dashboards to guide decisions.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
- Proven track record in leading digital growth and livestreaming initiatives.
- Strong understanding of FMCG or skincare consumer behavior and digital trends.
- Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, etc
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
